Home Football Game Details

Here is our schedule for Friday’s football game/picture day:4:30 – Pictures begin, see order form below (all students get a picture taken, even if they don’t order)

5:15 – call time for all HS band students

5:45 – group picture in the gym

6:05 – warm-up

6:30 – line up

6:35 – march out

6:45 – pre-game performance

7:00 – Game Begins!

7:05 – students needing to leave for Sunset Services are dismissed to the band room (all uniform parts must be hung up properly before leaving!)

9:30 – approximate game time end (all uniform parts must be hung up properly before leaving!)

Pictures

Students are not compelled to purchase pictures. However, they do need to have a picture taken for a composite. They were given a hard copy order form today. They also signed up for a picture time in the band room.

Upcoming Rehearsals and Tests

Tuesday: Rehearsal 6:30pm to 8:30pm BRING BUG SPRAY! (The band room will stay open after school for all students needing to stay).Wednesday: Memorization Quiz on Hallelujah

Friday: FOOTBALL GAME! (The band room will stay open after school for all students needing to stay).

Wednesday: September 28th – memorization test for Simple Gifts.


About Kelly Rosselit

Kelly Rosselit is the band director for the Berrien Springs Public Schools. She is in her 9th year of teaching; this is her 5th at Berrien Springs. She holds a Master's degree in Oboe Performance from Central Michigan University as well as two undergraduate degrees in music education and music performance. She has performed with the St. Joseph Municipal Band, Andrews Symphony Orchestra, Midland Symphony Orchestra, and Midland Players. She lives in Niles with her husband, Chris, who is a middle school science teacher for the PHM district in Indiana. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, quilting, and binging entire seasons of tv shows on Netflix.
