Twice a year, middle school students can elect to perform in the District 6 solo and ensemble festival. This is an opportunity for your student to perform a solo (with piano accompaniment) or a duet, trio, or small ensemble for a judge. If he/she earns a “Division 1” or “Division 2” they will receive a medal. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity for our students to perform, but they will receive valuable information and critiques that will make them better performers.

The winter MS Solo and Ensemble festival will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at Edwardsburg High School. If your student is interested in participating, please remind them to fill out their S&E form (received last week) along with a $5 entry fee. All fees and forms are due Friday, October 7th.
